- Advising business units regarding capital markets transactions for a wide range of domestic and international issuer types and debt and equity products
- Amending and/or reviewing and advising on pre-transaction and transaction documents from initial pitch phase through closing
- Working collaboratively with associates and partners to manage closings; performing due diligence reviews
- Experience representing broker-dealers on capital markets transactions, including registered and exempt offerings of debt, equity and equity-linked securities
Live Project Duration – 3 to 6 months (After 7 pm IST to match timing with our USA client)
Process – You will follow the structured process as below –
- Onboarding process – KYC, NDA, Productivity Agreement, Offer letter.
- You will be assigned to USA client
- Introduction with the team
- Product/Platform Overview
- Knowledge Transfer
- Assign requirements and technical documents.
- Create all your access for code repository system, project management tools, time sheet management tool and all related control panels.
- You begin working as a capital market lawyer.
Eligibility –
- At least 1+ years of relevant in-house, law firm, or global investment bank
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing
